Nested bar chart - Dimension Hierarchy

Is there a way to do a nested bar chart in QlikView?  I'd like to show each quarter as sort of a "major" bar, then within that bar each month making up the quarter.  I don't want to do a stacked bar, as i would like the chart to be able to visualize the progression month over month and quarter over quarter at the same time if possible.  Below is what i am trying to get to (but showing several quarters/months at once), but i'm open to suggestions if there is a different or better way to show both quarter and month  at the same time.

Likely going to need to present some sample data in order to get any responses on this as far as other approaches etc.  About the best I can do otherwise is provide the following link to the Design Blog area, you can hunt around there to see if you can find anything that will help, but I am doubtful what you want to do is possible, would likely be something you would need to write your own extension to do or see if someone has done something similar out in Qlik Branch area:
