Network visulisation

Hi All,

had someone of you made an approach to visualise the relations in a network situation? In my project I have "Requesters" and I have "Assignees" Requester are raising tickets in a ticketing system.

I Know that certain requester have preferences for some Assignee and I would like to visualise how strong those preferences are.

The approach I have taken so far is the usage of a "Grid Chart" but the result is rather less nice. See below. The dimensions are the Assignee and Requester names I have made them unreadable, the bubble size is the number of tickets in the relation assignee, requester.
