Networking days

Hello Everyone,

I badly need some help. I need to find the total time a ticket was open.

Note that the working hours of the company is 08:00 to 18:00 and from Monday to Friday.

I need qlikview to consider a working day as 10 hours instead of 24 hours.

Example:

Ticket               Opening Date                         Closing date

TicketA        30/01/2015  15:01:31           04/02/2015  17:03:35

Do you guys have a magical formula to help me.

I tried everything on excel and qlikview but I can't find a way out.

I need to submit that report today.
