New QV Document on Block Chart Click

Hi Folks,

We have an requirement of opening a new QV document on selection on Block Chart, i have created a trigger on field selection which makes up the Block chart, but some how its not working, have anybody faced the same issue/requirement.

Qlikview version i am using is 11 sr6

Hi,

Please find the apps which i am trying for chaining via select on Variable.Its not working

The opening of new doc is working with text box but not on selection of field in list box

Help will be much appreciated

Testing_SMQD is main app.

Hi,

This will not work with field event trigger.

You have to play with buttons or text objects.

Thanks For Reply, but we have option in field event trigger to open new doc, any specific reason it will not work.

Ya we do have but not all of them work.

Each action works with some specific functionality and area.

This is not supported with field event trigger but works with button.
