I have requirement in which i need the stacked bar to show the for each sub class for respective years. Kindly find the attach requirement document and data sheet.

Your data has some levels with blank sub Class. That is not taken care in the attached file.

i want to say that you can ignore that data where the value of sub class is zero but sub class will be included as per attached document.
