New to Qlikview

Hi,

I have a field called Category and under this i have duplicate data like

Category                                        Market Value

Level 1 Assets                              43395

Level 1 Assets                              96387

Level 1 Assets                              44997

Level 2 Assets                              14360

Level 2 Assets                              34885

Level 2 Assets                              78013

Non-Qualifying Assets               12096

Non-Qualifying Assets                28817

I want my output in qlikview as

Category	Total
Level 1 Assets	184779
Level 2 Assets	127258
Non-Qualifying Assets	40913

Here the total is sum of all Level 1 assets.

Please help me out how to do it in qlikview

Just create a straight table chart with dimension Category and a single expression:

=Sum([Market Value])
