No Connection Issues While opening through Access Point

Hi All,

We are facing No Connection Issues on regularly, Twice or thrice in a week.

Then Immediately we will restart the Qlikview Service.

Currently we are having Cluster Environment with 2 Qlikview Server for running.

When every we face issue for no Connection we will identify in which server issues is and restarting the service. But one time i identified that the Ram is Utilizing totally.

Currently wee have have 16 GB ram out that 15.1 or 15.5 it is consuming.

Please let me know the better solution to over come this issues.
