No server message in qlikview access point

Hi Team

I'm getting this error on the QV DEV access point. could you please suggest what need to be done. All the services in the QMC are doing good & in the IIS all application portal is pointed to .net 04

Check whether IIS application pools are pointing correctly or not, i believe you need to check .ney04 is correct or not.
