Non wildcard search in QV11?

Hi,

Is there a way to search a list box for an exact match in QV11? (Search for "this product" and not also get "this product rocks" or "I love this product"?)

Per this discussion, it appears to not have been possible in QV10. http://community.qlik.com/ideas/2041

Not sure why the exact match or normal search stopped working, but if your list box is based on a field (e.g. Product), not on an expression, it should always be possible to write

=Product='this product'

as search expression in the list box search bar (exactely as stated here, including the equal sign)

Yes, I agree. Seems like a bug to me, since it's breaking user expectation and documented behaviour.

i think you have to change the mod of search of the list box to make this working and to chose the wildcard search.
