Hi,
I cant able to access the dashboard at access point. I have verified distribute tab in publisher task and for that dashboard no section access file.
Can anyone help me??

Actually, your access to a document with Section Access can be restricted in multiple ways.
The fact that the Document isn't shown as a thumbnail anyway, but hides because of insufficient or improper Section Access data, depends on whether or not you enabled thumbnails to be shown depending on Section Access.
In QV Desktop, check Settings->Document Properties->Server->Filter AccessPoint Document List Based On Section Access.

What is the error-message?
Do you have rights to access the server?
What type of CAL have you assigned to yourself? Have you executed the task at least once after putting the document on the server? Is your server configured with DMS or NTFS?
And as Peter already requested, please document the problem you are facing. "It's not working" is too little to start guessing what could be the cause.
Is the document not showing up in the AccessPoint, while it should? Does it show up, but when you click the thumbnail, it displays an error message? If so, what error is displayed? Can you post a screenshot? And so on...

yes task was executed after adding me and the Server was using DMS Authorization. I am not getting any error only thing is the dashboard not visible to me in the access point.In other words its not available to me.

Might be that the resulting datamodel does not contain data?
Is dashboard availability depends on section Access??...What I understood is like dashboard contents will be restricted but availability in AP .correct me if I am wrong

I believe the dashboard has access to some ABC group which you are not part of that group
