Not able to group measure values in Google Scatter Graph

Hi

I'm trying to build a scatter chart where i need to show the sales for particular region as Group of Values:

Example: For Newyork , sales is 100, 200,300. When i move a mouse over it should show 600, but for me it is showing break up as 100, 200 and 300.

Please help me on the same.
