Not able to install Qlick view in windows7

Hello All,

I'm not able to install in my windows-7 laptop

..I have tried different ways which are discussed in this community

like

change user in command prompt and executed from from the prompt even i'm unable to install.

Please helping me out...

Which installer and QlikView version are you using?

Qlikview(desktop personal edition)  version is 12.

when i installed  i'm not able view not even in control panel .

Please check you user privileges.

You have shared doc file instead of message box screenshot as you mentioned in your post you are receiving during installation.
