Not able to navigate to the landing sheet

Could you kindly assists me on the query?

Currently i'm facing issue on accessing the QV dashboard.

When i open the application via access point  it's navigate to the page which is used last (its getting the page Recovery)

I also tried with the trigger function , but its doesn't works fine !!
