Not able to open the document in Personal Edition

I am using Personal Edition of Qlikview. I created a qvw file on my machine couple of days ago and now when I am trying to open this file Qlikview is displaying a msg that file has been made from a licensed product and not letting me open that particular document. Whereas I am able to open rest of the document created by me. Please Help.

Your file might have opened and saved using a licensed version. That is the reason you are not able to open it. If possible can u give the screenshots of the error you are getting.

Thanks,

Leni

Hi,

Did you ever connected to a QlikView Server to see any document? What version of QlikView are you running?

Looks like your licence issue has ran out just lease anothing licence from same server you are working on.

Open the QlikView Application

Go to 'File' > 'Open In Server'

Type in the following on the Server box

qvp://'Your Server Name'

Then click on Connect

Hi,

Did you ever shared the file to any other person who has a license asigned? He could open the file, the save it, then send it back to you, and therefore the error...

What release of version 11?

This kind of error will happen only if it is either created or saved using licensed version and tried to open in free version.

If possible can u share your file ???

Thanks,

Leni
