Not able to read from the share drive

Hi Experts:

I have my script running fine in my local machine and able to read the files from share drive and do the required manipulation, however when I deployed the same app in the qlikview server, it fails to read from the share drive. Is there any settings to be done at qlikview server end?  Appreciate a quick attention.

Dear,

    You use in script like this (you should have administrator right when access from another machine)

LOAD *      

\\10.10.1.20\e$\Qlikview\Data\Text.xls.
