Not able to send values to excel while opening the App through access point

Hi Experts:

Export to Value works fine for me , when I open the App in Desktop version, but when I hosted it in access point, it does not export the values excel, in stead it just shows the blank Excel file. I checked the Document Setting Security, Allow to export to Excel is enabled and so in management Console.. Can anyone let me know, where else we need to keep a track in order to enable the option.

Kind Regards,

Bimala

Hi,

may be this cause due to the internet explore settings.

Uncheck the 'Enable Protected Mode' in  Internet Option-> Security Tab -> Internet

Yes I am using IE plugin. However for me When I click User Preferences (CL+ALT+U), no screen comes up.

What setting Should I do for the screen to come up.

Kind Regards,

Bimala
