Not getting gauge chart inside pivot table

My req is to show bar like Nominal GDP minus  10  YR  for   Growth Bond Yield  for positive values starting from same point

plz suggest.

Could you tell me what the calculation in the expression is.  Also I have done some changes in the file. Please check if it is of any help.
