Nprinting 16 Email Configuration issue

Hi ,

I have created task and scheduled it in NPrinting Developer 16.1. However when I run the tasks, it got stuck here with the error message saying,"Error while connecting to mail server..." . So I went to Email settings and checked . i have given the SMTP server and the port no.When i click send test email, it is loading and then goes to "Not Responding" Mode.

Please let us know if there is any settings to be done in my system for this to run.
