Numbers on bar char

Hi, I have a question.

I have a bar char, which counts distinct IDs for different objects for this year: count(DISTINCT{<Year={'2017'}>} ID). But I want also to show a percentage of difference between this year and last year  count(DISTINCT{<Year={'2017'}>} ID)/count(DISTINCT{<Year={'2017'}>} ID) -1,'# ##0,0%')

Is it possible to do? if yes, how?

Did you try time chart wizard? You can find it in tools menu.
