ODBC Read Failed

Hi,

   When I am trying to fetech the data from database(SQL Server), after fetching some records it throughing the ODBC Read failed.

    Please find the attached scrrenshot for the same. I have checked with the DB Team from there side they have given read permission.

    Can anybody help me on this what could be the problem.

      I am using the Qlikview v11.00.11414.0 64 bit and using ODBC method to Fetch the data from database.

I had the same issue once a was caused by a field that was inserted twice in the load statement.
