while am connecting to IBM DB2 by using OLEDB connection am getting below error please help

do you have access for that DB? check your username , password ,domain and port once

Hi Thanks for your reply bt am not getting what are the changes required and where i need to change.

here it is showing test connection successful after that only  am getting this error
