Look for logic and coding errors in your loadscript - even something as simple as misspelling. Click to use the loadscript log in General properties so you can see how far the loadscript goes before it hits the problem. The issue is usually in code near where the loadscript ran off the tracks. Also look for poorly coded join load statements. The problem is not usually a shortage of memory.
