On Opening image on access point issue

Hi Team,

I am trying to show message on image that document is reloading on access point.For this I have followed below steps:

Go to document properties >Opening>check image box and select image>Close on mouse click

Attached test qvw here for reference.This works perfect in desktop but not on access point.Any solution for this?
