One user not showing in session log

Hi Community,

There is a dashboard that has n number of users who have been assigned a named CAL.

for one particular user the session log never shows any entry through the user uses the dashboard.

For others they all have entries.

Any thoughts?

Its in a cluster, in the log entry will miss for that user. Unable to post log due to security reasons.
