Hey,

I am attaching an application where i ahve tried to see the working of ONLY().

But, in straight table:

1: Why i am not getting "Robert" as SalesPerson Name

2: Under Only Sales: according to me output should be:

Salesman     Only Sales

                    -

Henric         10

John            10

Oleg            10

Tom            10

Please tell where i am wrong?

Robert has no revenue

When you goto tab presentation and unclick "suppress Zero values"

you will see Robert

Only works if there is only one single value, if there are more than 1 value it returns null

Thanks but for Only(Sales) they should return value except for Robert becoz for every salesperson other than Robert, Sales has unique value only.

Yes and it works in that way, your expression is only(Total sales) that is you are not considering salesman as dimension ...
