Open 32 bit QV server Plugin mode on 64 bit Win systems

I have a problem, when the QV server is the 32 bit operating system, how to use the plugin QV mode in the client of the 64 bit operating system? 

Even installed with the Plugin, but because of the 32 bit reasons, still can not be used, how to do not change the operating system, the use of Plugin?

the 64 bit system does not have a 32 bit IE browser.

Open C:\Program Files (X86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe ,still can't use the plugin QV mode.
