Well, the short answer is no. However, QVW files are designed to be available via Plugin or Ajax client, online. You need a Server license and the Server software installed and some configuration, so you store the files in the folders corresponding to the Server and any allowed licensed user will be able to see the documents.
The same QVW document works in IE Plugin and Ajax, there is no longer need to convert it to HTML.
