Open PDF/Doc files from Qlikview List or table box

Hello,

We have a column in SQL server db table with binary form of pdf/doc/jpeg  attachments and we would like to build a straight table or list in Qlikview, so when user clicks on it , it should open the attachment (pdf/doc).

Using qmem function we were able to show the images, but challenge is with pdf/doc. Here is what the table looks like -   the column that has attachments is attachment and it is displaying in binary format.

Can someone please assist us with this?
