Open URL and Confirm Box

Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to desabled the confirm box "are you sure you want to open this URL" when i'm doing an action opening an URL and go directly to the URL without confirmation ?

Try to uncheck "Launch" in User Preferences, tab Security.
