Open URL button not working on Access point

Hi

I've tried opening a URL using button from the qlikviw desktop, it is working fine. However when I click on the button on the access point it does not open. I've been using the URL

file://server/folder/filename.xlsx

However if I enter https://www.amazon.in/ in the url it works perfectly on the access point as well.

do you use Full Browser Version or Internet Explorer Plugin ?

Try the same thing in Chrome or Mozilla.
