Open qvw through another by QEMC

Hello everybody!

After thoroughly researching it still fails to solve my problem. Using the task scheduler QEMC can not run the command line below or open another qvw.

"C:\Program Files\QlikView\Qv.exe" /vvMyvar=1 /NoSecurity "D:\QlikView\Extratores\USAx.qvw"

I need to pass a value from one application to another. Using the task scheduler windows know it's possible, but I wonder if it is possible using the QEMC.

If anyone has done this please, I beg you guide me!
