Open with my licensed edition a personal edition file

Excuse me guys: i need to open a .qvw that has been created by a customer with a personal edition QV11 (mine is a QV12 licensed edition). Error message: impossibile to open file. What's wrong? Is there a workaround?

Hi, is there any security rule in this QVW? check this because the licensed qlikview opens any QVW regardless of the version, make sure the QVW has not been corrupted.
