OpenURL action opening default windows mail

Hello all,

I am trying to open outlook as help email in a button action. My action is OpenURL with 'mailto:xxx@xyz.com'. When clicking on this button, the action opens Windows Mail but not outlook. How do I redirect the action to open outlook instead of windows mail?

That is an client operating system level interaction.

Check default programs in the OS for mail
