Can you please be more specific regarding your expectations and issues you are experiencing right now? Are you asking about the reload time itself or the response time from the report in Access Point?
In general there are few things we all should remember when creating any model in QV - using numeric key fields instead of text, trying to optimize the data model (using the power of optimized QVD load), don't load more than you should, drop unused/temp fields, try to move the most complex calculations to the load script. Try not to overuse calculated dimensions and if possible - replace some of your more complex expressions with variables for example.
Big front end objects (something like download straight/pivot tables) will require more time to calculate, each time you are actually making a selections. If your data set is big, try to use more drill-down groups as your dimensions, trigger bookmarks with some selections at the document opening or force some of the listboxes to always have one value selected. This will force the end user to interact with your application and will stop QV from bringing entire data from the beginning. At the end of a day - this will improve the response time.
