Optional or excluded values in a listbox

Hi,

When you define a listbox, you have this options:

show optional values

hide excluded values

but.....where foy yo define values as excluded or optional??

If you select values in a listbox, then the other values in the listbox are the excluded values. The excluded values will have a grey background color. If you have two listboxes and select a value in one listbox then in the other listbox the possible values will have a white background color and the excluded values will have a grey background color.

The option Hide Excluded will do just that... hide the excluded values in a listbox.

In addition to Gysbert's reply, the "Show Alternatives" tickbox means that if you make selections in that listbox, the selected values will turn green, but any other values that could be selected alongside all the other current selections won't be greyed out - the greyed out values are therefore those are aren't compatible with other selections or are therefore excluded.
