Oracle OLEDB connection not working at publisher level

Hi All,

When we use ODBC connection and run the task in publisher it executes successfully. However when we use OLE DB connection and when we reload document manually it runs successfully but when we run it on publisher it fails. Can someone please guide what could be the issue?

Hi

Could be one of several:

• Does the Oracle OLEDB provider exist on the publisher machine?
• Is the provider 64bit or 32 bit? If 32, and the machine is 64bit, you need OLEDB CONNECT32 (or else install the 64 bit provider)
• Does the publisher service account have access to the database?
