Other way for doing Delta load

I have sample data for initial and delta data in SAP like this

I try to replace the orange line in initial data with the orange line in delta data and it works

In Sap, it has a lot of data if I want to update only one line I think it may take a long time right?
so I want to ask 2 questions ....

1. how to delete this line in delta data if it has x in Complete date?
