Out of Session or Usage CAL

Dear All Experts,

I am getting following error message when i try to connect as a client to Qlikview server.

'Access denied! The Server is currently out of SESSION and USAGE CALs.If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator!'

Please help me to resolve this issue.
