I'm rebuilding one QlikView application. And in this application developer used strange data model: two tables that are not linked, in calculations he used P() and E() functions to show necessary data. As example: Sum({<Item = p(Item2)>}Quantity)
I'm totally sure that such way is incorrect.
My question is following: what is the performance of such data models? Did you see some article that describe similar models?
