Hi Sampath,

Have you tried to remove the following option in the objects?

Hi Hector,

After configured the PDF Distribution

I have scenario, Can you please suggest on this?

Here I configured the PDF distribution to some recipients, and it issuccessfully distributing the PDF after completed the task in QMC.

But, is there any way to give security to PDF while distributing the file to users.

Example, password setting to open the PDF?

Thanks,

Hi Sampath,

I am afraid I donot the answer... I donot remember to see any option about securing PDF files when I have used Publisher... I would suggest you to create a new question about this topic in the forum instead of asking in this thread as it has a correct answer and is harder for the people to look in... Good luck!!!

If you are using NPrinting to distribute reports then yes, you can add password to open the PDF.

Let me know if you need more details.
