PROS and CONS of Database

Hi All,

can any one provide me the Pros and Cons of databases ?? like which database is Flexible to pull data into Qlikview or in which database or ERP, .csv,etc  will give prob to pull data.

Like For navision , Oracle, sales force, is there any complexity to pull data from them???

if yes then what are they??

can any one provide some study material ???
