Paint only the outline bar

I have a problem, I would like if it is possible to design a bar graph where only the outline is painted, as well as the attached graphic.

Yes.

1. On the Expressions pane, set the "Bar Border Width" (lower right corner).

2. Set the color on the Color pane to 100% transparent.

3. If you want the bars touching as in your example, on the Presentation pane set "Cluster Distance" to 0.
