Is it possible to have paramter cascading in Qlikview like we have in SSRS?

That's automatic. If you make a selection in one field the available values in other fields will automatically be adjusted to the possible values as a result of your first selection.

That i Know. But is it possible that all the 'gray' values in the other field should not be displayed in the listbox?

Yes, instead of the fieldname use an expression: aggr(fieldname,fieldname)
