Pareto Select - Formula

I'm trying to create a straight table that demonstrates Vendor usage year1 vs year2. I am able to create this table using a button and the  Pareto Select Action, but clicking the button changes my entire sheet..

1. is there a way to link the button to only affect the chart below

or

2. is there a Pareto Select expression i can use to calculate, #Vendors who account for Top 80% spend. (preferred method)

Year	2012	2013	Difference (+/-)
#of Vendors	1005	869	-136
#Vendors who account for Top 80% of spend	186	86	-100
