Party - table plan

Hi,

At my job we´re planning a party for approx. 1800 people. In a database we have all data about who is coming and if they bring their partner etc. Also we have assigned info about where each guest has to sit (TableNo).

I have to find a solution on how to make an overview to place on each table, showing information as seen in the example below.  

I was thinking of making a report in QlikView and then set the report to loop over TableNo. Can I do this in QlikView ?

U can use trellis dimension also to split the table.

Thank you for replying. I´ve tried to use the Block Chart, but couldn´t make it act the way I want. Meanwhile I´ve found something interesting made by John W.

1. Pivot table with conditionally formatting

2. 3 straight tables with Company names and color

3. 3 straight tables with names

4. A couple of text objects

5. A Report to make it easy og "good-looking" to print
