In my case these options are available. I could imagine that they are connected with the extended layout mode within the document properties in tab general and/or with the user-properties in tab print.

Which chart is chosen when this option are on?

Any or specific one?

Yes, I meant this advanced styling mode which then enabled various layout-options. Another point could be the used qv release. My check was with SR8 (privat with PE) and and in a later release could be some options disabled per default - for example in SR8 I have all actions available and in SR12 (on work) there are only a reduced number of actions available even if I play with the EasterEgg settings from ExtendedActionsSR3.

Have it now with SR12 checked and I have those options available, too. This meant at the moment I have no futher ideas what could be the reason, maybe the typ of printer if it's a real printer or a PDF ...

Hi Robert ,

1)You can see the bar chart in Pattern when we use pattern check box selected and the sector outline is type of Pattern to be created.

2)Styling Mode is used for more functions to be done on front end i think so and Borders are used to create borders Styling in Text objects and Charts as well .

Hope this helps,

Hirish

Thank you hirish.

So patterns aren't something you can choose or define.

On another note

Do you have any experience with this option?

or changing  bar chart colors to image?

Hi Robert ,

Go to properties of chart -> under  style Tab -> select plot area background style as frame. -> go to color tab.

You will find that Plot area is enabled now.

   Hope it helps.
