Percentage and Whole number

Hi Guys,

I have a question here, I have table (Screen shot attached). The columns that are enclosed in red box should in the percentage form like 10% etc and other 2 columns that is Total Registration and Current week Registration should be a whole number.

Is that Possible? Can you guys please help?
