Percentile Calculation

Hi all,

I wish to calculate the Percentile for a dashboard. I know we can use the Fractile to calculate the percentile.

But I need the Percentile to match the way our user calculates it, the way our user calculates it is

Percentile = (Count of all the scores below current score) / (Total Count).

Now if two rows have the same score then we should only consider the scores below the current score.

I am not sure if Fractile can do that, kindly suggest
