Permissions for seeing models

Hi ,

I have  a question.

We have in our server several models which look like in the file attached.

The question is : Is there any way to "hide" some of the models from special users group and that only one specific user could see this model.

Pay attention that I am not talking here about opening model, I have user cals per each models and this is fine. I am talking about permissions to see that some model exists at all in our server.

Thank you,

Inna.

Trust me, it works. Just restart the QlikView services.

OK, so you are talking in fact about QlikView documents. They are just files, so you can use Windows permissions to set security.

You set acces rights to the file only to specific users, the rest will not even see the documents.

Hi,

we tried it. It did not help.

ALL users still can see this model in the list of the models.

They can't open it, but can see in the list.

We need feature they could not see it in the list.

Thank you,

Inna.
