Picking one Date considering (max or min)

Hi All,

I have the difficulty in Picking a Date considering 2 different scenarios.

Attached sample data in excel

Scenario 1- Pick Min date with Time of Checkout

Scenario 2- Pick Max date with Time of Checkout if it appears consecutively

My Load Script is this
